Why Brucells?

Brucells of Kent are an independently run family Estate Agents in Maidstone, with a high ethic of service and commitment within all aspects of residential sales and lettings.

What are you looking for in an Estate Agent? Our personal experiences of Estate Agents in the past were frustrating and poor, which is one of the reasons we decided to provide our own service. We wanted a reputable company with staff who care about customers, supply good communication, efficiency of service, a flexible approach and availability when it is required.

We will work with you and behind the scenes to share your objectives, whether it is to achieve a quick sale or the highest realistic price for a let, to find that dream property to meet all your needs, with the minimum amount of fuss or disruption.

We know the biggest complaint at Estate Agents is the lack of communication, in the past if you didn't call your Estate Agent, they certainly didn't call you. We keep in regular contact with our clients, giving them constructive feedback with viewings, general enquiries, suggestions and advice.

Our policy is not to have several different people dealing with your property, a branch valuer to visit your home, list it and then move onto the next, passing your details onto a negotiator who will have little or no understanding of your home or circumstances. How can they promote and sell your home if they haven't even seen it!

The company directors have many years of experience and do not believe in "a sale at any price", the negotiators and other staff are all trained not only in property, but in customer service. As a professional Maidstone Estate Agents we are members of The Property Ombudsmen for Sales and The Property Ombudsmen for Lettings recognised by the Office of Fair Trading.

Brucells of Kent cover the entire Maidstone and surrounding areas, including, Maidstone Centre, Bearsted, Shepway, Tovil, Loose, East/West Farleigh, Barming, Ditton, Aylesford. We also have offices that cover Canterbury City and surrounding areas.
