We know the biggest complaint at Estate Agents is the lack of communication, in the past if you didn't call your Estate Agent, they certainly didn't call you. We keep in regular contact with our clients, giving them constructive feedback with viewings, general enquiries, suggestions and advice.

Our policy is not to have several different people dealing with your property, a branch valuer to visit your home, list it and then move onto the next, passing your details onto a negotiator who will have little or no understanding of your home or circumstances. How can they promote and sell your home if they haven't even seen it!

The company directors have many years of experience and do not believe in "a sale at any price", the negotiators and other staff are all trained not only in property, but in customer service.
